(Off course! he would be a fool if the deal does not interest him, he won't use the lawn mower each day. It will just sit there doing nothing while you use it for his benefit!)

And then you will go to nearby houses with long grasses on their backyard. Offer them (Client) an undeniable offer.

You : "Can I cut the grass for $40? Current market rate is $50 per house!".

Since you get the lawn mower for free, why not beat the market in terms of pricing! Give a better service in which it is pretty easy to do compared raising money to start your own business.

Client : "Of course I would love to."

The client will get a good offer with discounted price of what you just offer. They will be happy to accept your offer.
